Hi, I'm Tushar. Life doesn't come with a roadmap. At some point, most of us feel confused about our career, relationships, goals, or the direction we're heading in. I've spent years working with students and young adults, listening to their stories, challenges, fears, and ambitions. Through these conversations, I've realized that many people already have the answers within them—they just need the right questions, the right perspective, and someone who genuinely listens. My sessions are a safe and judgment-free space where you can openly discuss career decisions, personal growth, confidence, relationships, motivation, or any challenge that's holding you back. I don't believe in giving textbook advice or pretending to have all the answers. Instead, I focus on helping you gain clarity, understand your options, and move forward with confidence.
