I have worked for about 7 Years in a Startup where we have built products, sold custom projects, strategized different businesses and scaled to 12 Million Dollars annual revenue which started from 1.2 Million per year. I have had a chance to work from the bottom to the top enabling me to understand the problems that people in a hierarchy face, thus was able to scale from an individual contributor to a Business Unit Head with about 56+ people reporting me directly or indirectly.
