About me

Tulika is a lawyer, turned policy professional focused on the global governance and security of energy and resources. She leads research for turnkey projects for CEEW's government stakeholders, from concept to delivery and engagement, as part of the CEO’s Foresight Team at the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) in New Delhi. As lead researcher for CEEW's G20 Task Force, Tulika has supported global decarbonisation initiatives in the G20 Green Development Pact. Her research resulted in the G20 Voluntary High-Level Principles of Hydrogen and the G20 Voluntary High-Level Principles on Lifestyles for Sustainable Development. She also led CEEW's engagement with India's Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change (MOEFCC). Wide-ranging and insightful, Tulika has written about the global governance of green hydrogen, India's and the Indo-Pacific Energy Transition, and the economic risks of decarbonization, circular economy integrations, and unfettered technology concentrations. She has a BSL. LLB. from ILS Law College, Pune and a Diploma in International Law from the Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi. Tulika is also an avid writer, gardener, and swimmer.
