Trishul is currently working as an Associate Director - Process Excellence at Zepto. He is managing the E2E Pan-India Dark Stores Process Excellence and 10 minute delivery metrics for the organization. He has also worked as a Senior Manager, Head of Operations & SCM for E-commerce BU at Ninjacart. He has handled the entire Supply Chain for E-commerce and HoReCa clients. He owned the SCM cost in the P&L statement for the BU and customer experience through ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining the quality parameters. Prior to Ninjacart, he worked as an Area Manager at Bajaj Auto Ltd for 2 years. Managing 8 Dealerships and 30+ sub-dealerships for the Motorcycles Business Unit. He was managing the P&L of the Channel Partners, appointing Channel Partners through Network Development, supervising an Area Team of Showroom Managers and Executives, and performing Inventory and Demand Planning for the outlets to ensure correct stock availability and spread. During his MBA, Trishul has undergone multiple internships and live projects, focusing on Marketing, Operations, and Strategy domain.
