Tripty, a.k.a Trippy is a somewhat almost C.A turned into a Product Designer. Well, thank god she made that switch. She loves to dig into user challenges and solve them through SIMPLE design solutions. Yep, simple. It’s not a good design if it’s not easy to understand and use. She also knows striking the right balance between design, business, and tech. Currently, at Helpshift she’s helping the world get rid of bad customer service, one project at a time. She isn’t all work and no fun. In her free time, she loves dancing, capturing stories through photographs and striking deep conversations with . She’s also a huge fitness enthusiast on the journey of chasing her north star in fitness.
