Over 20 years across multiple business lines, I’ve built new P&Ls from zero, modernized core platforms, and delivered profitable growth at scale. Scaling businesses by building the platforms and growth engines behind it — from high-intent categories like Travel, Electronics and Fashion to core functions that enable efficient platforms - storefront, performance and experimentation, to marketing platforms that will allow spending the right kind of money to acquire and convert customers. My approach to growth focuses first on whom we acquire (traffic quality and intent), then on how fast they succeed (activation), then on why they return (attach, loyalty, category depth), and only then on optimizing unit economics so efficiency scales on a healthy revenue engine. I shape environments where PMs become strategic operators — with strong product judgment, system-thinking, clear success metrics, and the autonomy to make decisions close to the customer. My goal is to build leaders who can lead leaders as the business evolves. I enjoy solving for what doesn’t yet exist, fixing what’s blocking scale, and building platforms and product cultures that power the next 3–5 years of business growth. I also enjoy writing, playing guitar and occasional gaming.
