I have total 16+ years of Indian /US/Takaful/ APAC Geography Insurance experience, working full time as a Business Consultant from last 12 years and more than 2+ years before it in handling Life Insurance Business Operations. During the course of my career so far, I have gained vast experience in Insurance domain working in Life/Health/Group Insurance. I have gained comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Waterfall Methodologies and have done proposed project cost estimation. I am also very proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, preparing Functional Specifications and testing plans & E2E UAT Implementation. During my tenure in DXC ( formerly CSC) I have managed the team of 6 members who had worked upon variety of functionalities in an AS400 based Life Asia/Group Asia implementation project and I was responsible to ensure the quality of every submission meets our high editorial standards. Apart from that I have worked on other Policy Admin Systems also ( WMA, VPAS, NBA, Ingenium, FAST ). Having expertise on Migration of PAS for APAC,US & Indian Clientele. At present I am working as a Business Consultant with SE2 LLC, where my focus areas are working on FAST Policy Admin Product Configuration COE. Leading a team of 10 Actuarial & Product Configurator for E2E implementation & transformation of legacy system modernization in to FAST ( LCNC Platform) for multiple US Insurance Clientale.
