Community Support Contribution

Support the TRBN Official initiative and help us continue providing a confidential platform for Banking, NBFC and Financial Sector professionals dealing with workplace-related challenges.

This is a voluntary contribution toward the continued operation and development of the initiative. It is separate from any membership, consultation, professional service, legal representation, or guaranteed assistance.

How Your Contribution May Be Utilised

Your ₹500 contribution may be used toward reasonable expenses associated with operating and strengthening the TRBN Official initiative, including:

• Legal consultations and professional advice relating to the operation of the initiative and general awareness activities
• Review, organisation and preparation of documents and informational materials
• Website hosting, domain, maintenance and technical infrastructure
• Communication and collaboration tools used for community administration
• Data management, documentation and secure record-keeping
• Administrative and operational expenses
• Awareness campaigns initiatives concerning workplace rights and employment-related issues
• Development and maintenance of informational resources for Banking, NBFC and Financial Sector employees
• Other reasonable expenses directly connected with maintaining and developing the initiative

Contributions may be pooled and used according to the operational requirements and priorities of the initiative. A particular contribution is therefore not earmarked for, or guaranteed to be spent on, any specific member, case, complaint, institution, legal proceeding, or expense unless expressly agreed separately in writing.

Important Clarification

TRBN Official is an independent initiative and is not a government body, regulatory authority, bank, NBFC, trade union, law firm, or statutory organisation.

TRBN Official does not provide a guarantee of employment reinstatement, withdrawal of disciplinary action, resolution of grievances, compensation, legal success, regulatory intervention, or any other particular outcome.

Any information, discussion, guidance or peer support provided through the community is intended for general informational and support purposes. Where a matter requires professional legal, financial, medical, or other specialised advice, individuals should consult an appropriately qualified professional independently.

Making a contribution does not create an attorney-client relationship, employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership, or any other professional relationship with TRBN Official or its administrators.

No Guaranteed Benefit

A contribution does not automatically entitle the contributor to membership, admission to any private group, individual consultation, document review, legal representation, priority assistance, or any other specific service.

If access to a particular service or community is separately offered, its eligibility requirements and terms will apply independently.

Transparency and Good-Faith Use

TRBN Official intends to use contributions in good faith for the purposes described above and for reasonable expenses necessary to sustain the initiative.

Because operational requirements may change, the precise allocation of funds may vary from time to time. No representation is made that the entire ₹500 contribution will be spent on a single category of expense.

Refund Policy

Once a contribution has been successfully completed, it is treated as a voluntary contribution toward the initiative and is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where TRBN Official independently agrees to provide one.

Community Standards

Contributors and community members are expected to maintain confidentiality and behave professionally. Sharing confidential documents, personal information, abusive material, threats, harassment, or inappropriate content may result in removal from relevant community spaces without prior notice, subject to applicable law and the terms governing that community.

By making this contribution, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the above information and are voluntarily supporting the TRBN Official initiative.
