Why Is There a Membership Fee?

TRBN Official is a confidential support community created for banking and NBFC employees facing workplace challenges. Over time, we observed that many individuals joined our groups despite not being directly affected, which increased the risk of sensitive discussions, personal experiences, and confidential documents being shared outside the community.

To maintain a secure and trusted environment, we charge a nominal membership fee. This helps ensure that members joining the community are genuinely interested in the initiative and committed to maintaining confidentiality.

The membership fee is not charged for profit. It is utilized exclusively for legal consultations, website hosting and maintenance, documentation review, data management, communication tools, administrative expenses, awareness initiatives, and other operational costs required to sustain and strengthen the community.

It is an independent initiative led by experienced banking professionals with the objective of supporting affected employees, promoting awareness of employee rights, and providing a safe platform for guidance, discussion, and collective support.
