I'm Nishaant Jha, a Soft Skills and Corporate Trainer based in northeast India, working with organisations across the country. My MBA is in Human Resources, and I'm a certified POSH Facilitator. Before I started training full-time, I worked as an HR Executive and as an educator. Those two roles showed me both sides of the same problem: what organisations actually need from their people, and what people are rarely taught to do on their own. Closing that gap is what I've built my practice around. Today my work sits across three areas — workplace communication and professionalism, early-career readiness for students and freshers, and POSH compliance training for organisations that want more than a checkbox exercise. Whether the room is a government training centre, a college placement cell, or a corporate boardroom, I bring the same HR- trained eye for what actually changes behaviour.
