I’m an experienced IT instructor with nearly 7 years of teaching A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications at CompTIA and other companies. With a solid foundation in IT fundamentals, my expertise spans across a wide range of technologies, from Helpdesk support to infrastructure management and IT support. I’m passionate about breaking down complex concepts into accessible lessons, helping students gain both the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in the ever-evolving IT field. Before becoming an instructor, I spent several years working hands-on in IT, gaining valuable experience in troubleshooting, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices. My goal is to continuously share that knowledge, enabling others to thrive in their IT careers. Trained to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, install and configure network infrastructure as well as utilize troubleshooting techniques and tools to resolve PC, OS and network connectivity/security issues. I enjoy learning new things, I can work well under pressure and I have the experience in handling customer complaints or solving problematic and even hostile situations. As an IT instructor I have taught and supported students learning about server infrastructure and Microsoft products as well as A+ , N+ and S+ courses. I am passionate about IT and learning new technologies.
