Three 60-minute sessions over 2-3 weeks, designed to take you from "we want to do AI" to "here's exactly what we're building, how, and in what order."

Session 1 — Assessment & Landscape:

Current state audit. What data do you actually have? What's your team capable of? What are competitors doing? Where does AI create real leverage vs. where is it theatre?

Session 2 — Architecture & Design:

System architecture for your specific use case. Retrieval strategy, model selection, evaluation framework, infrastructure requirements. We design the system on a whiteboard together.

Session 3 — Execution Roadmap:

Phased implementation plan. What to build in-house, what to buy, milestone definitions, team hiring plan, risk register. You walk away with a document you can take to your board or engineering team.

Between sessions, I'll review any materials you share — architecture docs, data samples, vendor proposals.

This is not three disconnected calls. It's a structured engagement with continuity. Treat it like a compressed consulting sprint.
