Led top-performing hubs at Jumia, driving fulfilment and CX excellence across four of Nigeria’s largest urban centres. Co-led the launch of GIGL's Agility and GIGGo platforms, doubling SME adoption and expanding last-mile e-commerce capabilities nationwide. Directed B2B fulfilment operations at Matta, supporting the digital distribution of chemicals, raw materials, and commodities across the continent.
