I’m a product manager at Intuit, helping mid-market customers fall in love with our products (and making sure they don't break up after the honeymoon phase). I also worked on the desktop app, trying to make it cooler and more useful (in that order) for both new and power users. I did my MBA from SPJIMR, Mumbai. I was lucky to be a gold medalist (Rank 2/239), and in the Dean’s Top 20, Dean’s Merit List, and Area Top 5 across my two years. I loved working in the Student Body Unit, helping our batch in their placement prep activities. I also interned at Intuit, where my focus was to improve acquisition of QuickBooks Advanced through upsell and trial solutions. My first role was as an Analyst at Deloitte USI, having received a pre-placement offer after my summer internship. I worked on analytics technologies such as SQL as part of an IFRS 15 accounting standards implementation for a Canadian telecom giant. I pursued my B.Tech in Computer Engineering at VJTI, Mumbai. My most fun projects were on Android app development - I developed the official app for Pratibimb (cultural fest at VJTI), as well as Appetite (restaurant discovery app that won second prize at a Credit Suisse competition). I enjoy tech. I'm constantly amazed that I could make my childhood hobby of trying new products and thinking of ways to improve them into a full-time job. I am also an occasional writer, and I publish my blogs and poems online on multiple platforms.
