Tilak Raj is a seasoned HR leader with over 14 years of diverse industry experience. Currently, he serves as the lead of Talent Acquisition at a prominent IT company. Throughout his career, Tilak has made significant contributions to the success of companies like I-PAC, OLA, Cars24, and My Upchar, among others. He was honored as one of the 50 Most Innovative HR Tech Leaders in 2023 by the World HRD Congress and named among the Top 100 Talent Titans of 2024 by SutraHR. Beyond his corporate roles, Tilak is deeply involved in nurturing the startup ecosystem. He actively engages with organizations such as CII-Young Indians and the Headstart Network Foundation. His association with Young Indians began in 2019, and he currently holds the position of Chair for YUVA in 2024. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Tilak frequently mentors and supports young startups' growth journeys. He is also a member of Inflection Point Ventures (IPV), an angel investing firm, where he contributes to fostering innovation and entrepreneurial ventures.
