I’m Tilak Pandit, Co-founder & CEO of Desi Tesi, a food startup that’s bringing Bihar’s traditional sweet snack Thekua to modern India through Amazon, Flipkart, and our own website. I recently completed my B.Com, and in parallel, built Desi Tesi from scratch while managing studies. Grown Desi Tesi from a home kitchen idea to thousands of orders online & offline. Received seed funding approval from Startup Bihar to expand operations. Been invited to motivate students at New Government Polytechnic College, Patna about entrepreneurship. Selected as a Campus Ambassador for IIT Bombay, connecting with India’s brightest students. Built expertise in Amazon selling, digital marketing, influencer collaborations, Shopify website management, and brand storytelling. I strongly believe: Taking a startup from 0 to 1 crore needs hustle, but scaling beyond that requires systems, strategy, and a strong team.
