About me
I’m Tiffany Teng, a UX/design leader and coach with 15+ years of experience across UX, product design, and DesignOps.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with teams and organisations to design products, improve experiences, and support designers through growth and change.
Over time, I realised that many designers aren't only struggling with portfolios. They’re navigating uncertainty, transitions into more strategic roles, confidence and visibility challenges, identity shifts, and questions about what meaningful work really looks like.
Alongside my design leadership background, I became an ICF-ACC-certified coach to better support people through these moments.
Today, I combine practical design experience with reflective coaching and mentorship to help designers grow more intentionally both professionally and personally.
