👋 Hey, I’m Sai Manikanta Thota, currently working as an Associate – Innovation Management at T-Hub, where I work at the intersection of corporates, startups, and emerging tech. My role involves designing and managing innovation programs that drive real-world impact—whether that’s accelerating climate-tech solutions, facilitating corporate-startup engagements, or supporting founders in navigating their growth journeys. Before this, I worked with the ChangeInkk Foundation and the Government of Andhra Pradesh, focusing on inclusive education policy—particularly around children with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLDs). My work ranged from field research and program design to drafting proposals and engaging with state-level education officials to move the needle on systemic inclusion. I hold a background in Political Science and Public Policy, and my journey has involved internships across the development and policy space.
