I’m a Software Development Engineer working on a GenAI-powered support assistant that helps users make smarter buying decisions by combining LLMs with real-time product and behavioral data. I focus on building scalable backend services and integrating AI features into the shopping experience. Previously, at Freecharge (an Axis Bank company), I worked on payment gateway microservices handling UPI, cards, and other methods. I built high-performance REST APIs, migrated systems to Spring Boot, and contributed to features that drove B2B revenue growth.
