Most of the students graduating from Tier 2 and Tier 3 colleges most of the time lack enough of industry knowledge and job market scenarios.

They are either misguided or not really knowing whom to reach out to when especially they do not have companies coming to their campuses for hiring.

These students fall prey to courses charging high fees for courses which are either freely available or institutes which offer quality trainings with lesser and flexible fee structures

I wish to help them by using my 2 plus decades of work experience in recruitment industry having seen the industry evolution
