• Over 3.5+ years of IT experience working as a Business Analyst • Experience in full SDLC – from requirements gathering, elicitation, tracking and business process modelling to maintenance and project management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Collaborate with project teams, to achieve project defined milestones and deliverables. • Experience in conducting sprint planning, stand-up and sprint retrospective meetings. • Experience in preparing Business & Functional Requirements Documents. • Experience in writing user stories, building use cases & devising process/ data flow diagrams. • Experience in designing UI/UX flows (wireframing & prototyping). • Plan and coordinate releases, prepare releases notes, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Experience working with Quality Assurance team in area of test case preparation & defects tracking. • Experience in conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions across multi-functional teams. • Experience in working as a liaison between businesses, technical and non-technical teams. • Team player and an individual contributor with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
