Recruiters typically spend less than 30 seconds reviewing your resume, which means it’s crucial to understand the best practices that will grab their attention.

Resume Review Process:

1. Before the Session: When booking, you'll be asked to share your current resume and outline any challenges you're facing.
2. Review: I will thoroughly review your resume in advance and create a customized solution to address your specific needs.

During the Session:

• The first 15 minutes will focus on understanding the purpose and importance of a resume.
• The remaining 15 minutes will be dedicated to detailed insights and suggestions for improving your resume.

If you feel you also need career mentorship, we can extend the session (based on availability), or you can book a separate session for that purpose.
