  it’s hard to believe someone so young has so much insight and knowledge. I have spoken to multiple and I mean multiple agencies and not a single one was able to give me an honest input but the way Simran understood my challenge and was able to be on the same page and offer not just random input but actual helpful hours in an hours worth of conversation and actually understood it - that was unique.
