I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. I'm also a certified Hypnotherapy, EFT, Mindfulness, Meditation, and REIKI practitioner. In my practice, I gained experience providing psychotherapy and counseling, both individually and in groups, to individuals ranging from the ages of 7 to 50 years old for a variety of concerns including exam stress, anxiety, fear, phobias, relationship issues, insomnia, time management, workplace stress, and more. For the past 5 years, I've used hypnotherapy and energy healing tools to treat people with insomnia, muscle pain, skin issues, migraine headache, anxiety, weight loss, etc. My previous work experience includes treating children with autism, ADHD, ADD, etc., and counseling their parents. The therapy I provide follows an eclectic approach, and I enjoy assisting people who experience emotional, behavioral, or psychological difficulties.
