In a brief 1:1 psychological consultation (10–15 minutes), we engage in a focused, reflective conversation grounded in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Nutrition, with attention to the mind–body connection that shapes emotional and psychological wellbeing. Alongside this, my work as a charcoal artist and painter informs my use of art therapy as a gentle medium for self-expression and insight when appropriate.
This session is not therapy, but a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what you are experiencing, understand what therapy can offer, and gain clarity about the kind of psychological or integrative support that may suit you best. The intention is orientation and insight, not deep emotional processing or intervention.
