Chinmaya is one of the most helpful product managers I have come across. He is very patient, actively listens to your concerns, helps you understand what skills you are lacking to make that transition to a product role. He even helped me with some awesome resources and tools to practice core products skills like product design and solutioning, user design as well as fine tuning my resume.
