For all these clients he excelled in consultancy that involved strategic planning, process optimisation, and business development. Recognised for his innovative approach to business consulting, Steve Ball has been instrumental in devising The Process Guru Ltd.'s unique service offerings, which encompass a range of critical business functions such as design, marketing, legal, HR, and sales. He is particularly passionate about empowering businesses through the implementation of effective processes, clarity in communication, and strategic use of tools and people resources. His trajectory, however, took an unexpected turn in 2005 due to a severe reaction to medication, leading to an onset of autoimmune disorder complications that began affecting his nervous system in 2012. Faced with a daunting prognosis in 2018, where he was given less than a year to live, Steve has since been navigating the challenges of Motor Neuropathy, Peripheral Neuropathy, and severe Autonomic Neuropathy. Despite these personal health battles, Steve's entrepreneurial spirit remains undiminished.
