You created a very safe and welcoming space from the first sessions itself...I am relieved at the end of the session having discussed it all with you.

Deepali is very understanding. She made me feel heard and helped me understand that I have been holding on to a lot of anxiety, not in my mind but rather in my body. I am really glad I had this session with her, and will continue to do so to complete my goals.

I had my first therapy session, and it was truly eye-opening. The therapist was incredibly caring, a great listener, and showed deep empathy. She helped me understanding things, feel understood and supported. I already feel hopeful about this journey!

It was helpful as I understood the part where and why I am not allowing myself to feel something . And thank you for staying with me throughout analysing every bits and parts of it.

About me

Hi human, I am Deepali Patil and I am a Counselling Psychologist. I have completed my Masters from University of Mumbai (Kalina). I embrace an eclectic and client-centred approach, drawing from a rich blend of Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), and attachment theory. I have collaborated with clients with concerns related to Self-esteem, Childhood Emotional Neglect and Abuse, Anxiety, Panic attacks, Depression, Time-management, ADHD, conflict management in relationships and more. When I am not a therapist, I like to doodle, bore my friends with my lame jokes, write poems (mostly sad ones), write pieces, think about what I am going to eat, and constantly switch between doing 100 different things.
