I AM an "Entrepreneur in Residence" ☞ son of my Mentor (My Dad), Husband to a superwoman, Father to "Shlok" and A Bhagavad Gita Follower Putting my Life Timeline: ➡️2005: Cleared Class 10 from State Board School with 84.9% (Awarded by the State Govt. for the Merit) ➡️2007: Cleared Higher Secondary (Class 12 from State Board School) with 86.4 % and 98% in Accounts ➡️2007-2010: St Xavier’s College Days (Initial hiccups because of transition from Hindi to Convent background, but the journey was very rewarding and full of exposure) ,Scored 71% ➡️2012: Cleared the CA (Chartered Accountant) Finals in the 2nd attempt (The 1st time Failure was a Great teacher) ➡️2012: Mid 2012, Landed Job with CGBSIL and got opportunity to work for Unilever South Africa (ULSA) at the onsite location, Durban ➡️2013: Returned to Kolkata (Hometown); got duped by a Recruiter for Rs.13,300. Triggered to initiate a FREE Job Consultancy ➡️2013-2018: Made Good B2B Connections and added 850+ corporates (US Mortgage, Ed-tech, Fin-tech, E-commerce, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, FMCG, FMCD, Retail, BFSI) across 15+ countries Also learnt from the failed attempts of SMVA Travels, Winance Bechomobile , and Class Room Physical Trainer Led Training, ➡️2018-2020: Mid 2018, Kick-started the Franchising journey and added 40+ units across 11 cities of India (success ratio of 22 % against industry average of 9%) . Also helped a college friend in failed attempt to franchise a Food startup(House of Cone Pizza) ➡️2020 : Agency business transitioned to CEO ; Sept 2020, Registered and Launched Cofounders Planet, with the intent to help early stage start-ups "Find Cofounders on Sweat Equity". Got incubated at IIM Kashipur and further into the TOP 30 of Department of Science and Technology (DST) ➡️2021: Learnt more on Scalability ,lean business model, Valuation, CEO office setup , communities ,micro acquisition , EXIT and did R&D on different models like cxohiring.com ; grabmejob.com ; profilys.com ; s7x.in ; exitconsultant.in ; besthrfranchise.com . Also authored a Hand Guide for Jobseekers “Get your DREAM JOB without approaching RECRUITERS” ➡️2022 : Rebranded to RECEX-Recruitment Exchange, a 3 way marketplace, to help companies find quality jobseekers through AI based tools and Franchise Partners (Indrepreneurs). Being a Life long learner, learnt the tricks and tips of scaling business by 5X through Stanford Seed Program with 100+ entrepreneurs from 5 countries. ☞In weekends, I like to volunteer myself for Education, teaching 180+ underprivileged students Maths,English and Bhagavad Gita.
