I have gained a diverse range of experience in various roles throughout my career. I began as a field assistant for the Wildlife Conservation Society-India (WCS-India), actively participating in ecological survey projects in North-East India. Due to my dedication and organisational skills, I was promoted to the role of Administrative Assistant, where I played a crucial role in supporting project and finance managers, ensuring smooth operations, managing meetings, coordinating travel plans, and maintaining office supplies. Additionally, I served as the deputy to the project manager, taking on additional responsibilities as needed. I then transitioned to the position of back office and HR manager at Asian Technologies, a reputable construction company. In this role, I supervised a diverse team of 25 individuals across multiple cities, overseeing daily office operations, facilitating effective communication, drafting legal documents, managing procurement activities, and handling various other duties. Currently, I hold the position of Senior Academic Specialist at Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd., where I lead online sessions for secondary school students from various educational boards across the country. I am also responsible for content validation and provide support to other teams with their projects. Additionally, I have ventured into writing about socio-economic, environmental, and geopolitical issues, gaining popularity among internet users. My articles have been published in regional periodicals, and as a result, I manage and operate the blog www.impartialstory.com, along with its associated social media accounts. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different roles and responsibilities.
