These private 30-minute conversations are reserved for students, emerging leaders, educators, nonprofit leaders, government professionals, and purpose-driven individuals who are serious about their personal and professional growth.

Whether you're navigating a career transition, seeking leadership guidance, building confidence, evaluating opportunities, growing your professional brand, or simply looking for a trusted sounding board, this session is designed to provide thoughtful, honest, and practical guidance.

This is not a coaching sales pitch. It is a genuine investment in helping talented people think more clearly about their goals, challenges, and next steps.

Participants should come prepared with specific discussion topics, questions, or challenges they would like to explore. The most valuable conversations occur when participants arrive ready to engage thoughtfully and reflect deeply.

• This offering operates on a pay-what-you-want basis.

• Participants are asked to provide a brief testimonial following the session to help others understand the value of the experience.
