Hi, I’m Dr. Tejaswini Reddy I’m a practicing Pathologist and Renal Pathologist with a passion for making medical reports easier to understand and healthcare decisions more informed. Over the years, I’ve worked across diagnostic pathology, laboratory medicine, healthcare operations, quality systems, and emerging digital-health technologies. I hold an MD in Pathology and an Advanced Management Programme in Healthcare (AMPH) from the Indian School of Business (ISB). I’ve also worked as a Consultant – Technical Operations (Lab), overseeing laboratory operations across multiple locations, setting up new laboratories, implementing quality systems, and working closely with clinicians, pathologists, laboratory teams, and patients. My experience includes ISO 15189:2022 implementation, NABL readiness, laboratory quality management, LIMS implementation, diagnostic workflows, and digital pathology.
