From being a hater of Computer science to falling in love with it, the journey has been amazing and I am very excited that it's still a very long way to go for me. Before joining college I was more inclined towards the core and telecommunication stuff but ever since writing my first program in C++ and manipulating it to get the desired output, I have been obsessed with the idea of using software to solve practical problems. It amazed me so much that I ended up establishing a society/club in my college where we used to teach and learn together various technology concepts to the undergraduate students. More to add to it, I ended up not choosing to join IIM's after scoring a percentile of 99.78 in the CAT 2019 exam. I latched on to any ideas for projects I could get, moving from Data Structures to a Simple Personal website, with dozens of real-life projects in between. I learned C++, then Python tearing through books, going over different articles on the web I could find out anything related to Software Development. Then I got an opportunity to work with Coding Blocks which was a great learning experience for me where I got to improve upon my communication, presentation , teaching, DSA, and software development skills. Being from a non-CS branch this passion has carried me through my education at Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology. Here I was able to explore more about myself, learn new stuff, make great friends, and some life learnings. Most recently during the COVID pandemic, I have worked upon a software tool kit using Computer vision and Deep Learning to fight COVID 19 virus. Besides all this, I love to create some Youtube videos and teaching students in my free time. Both pursuits challenge so many aspects of the intellect: creativity, time management, and problem-solving. The old college passion still remains with me. There's certainly yet more to learn, yet more problems to solve and build some great products to affect the mass. And for this, I am all excited and also grateful to God and my parents who have always supported me throughout my journey.
