Got to knw about how I can change my diet for my desired goals with the q and a session and the doet chart, the exercises were easy to learn and really effective in burning calories in less time. I'm Soumya aka The Shorty Doowop. I am a nutritionist and a fitness enthusiast. Before getting my certification, I tried several diets, methods, and measures to lose weight, stay healthy, and perform better. Every time I would think of losing weight, the only thing that would come to my mind is eating less, although I succeeded in my efforts most of the time; my weight bounced back.
