I am a computer science and IT professional with vocational education and a Bachelor's degree from Mahatama Gandhi University. I have a diploma in computer hardware and networking, along with certifications in CCNA, CCNP, and MCSA from SMEC private limited. I started my career at IMMCO software solutions as an IT infrastructure support engineer, gaining experience in technical support and troubleshooting for various systems. Currently, I work as a technical support engineer at Qatar museums authority through infobhan systems and services, responsible for smooth IT system functioning and user support.
