Hello and welcome to my profile - thank you for stopping by. Here's a small taste of who I am and what I do. I am an award-winning learning and performance consultant and the founder of ConsultHer Ltd. I have over 15 years' experience in organisational and people development. I am lucky to have depth and breadth of experience across L&D, OD and Talent - everything from program design through to large-scale global change and transformation projects, often involving the acquisition or implementation of learning technologies. My portfolio of client work includes pharmaceutical, banking, risk & assurance, NHS, education, NGO, tech, consulting, FMCG and automotive. Here's some of the projects I've worked on: - Skills strategy and approach, including governance and design principles - in-depth action-oriented research into organisational learning behaviour, employee attitudes and culture - focus groups and workshops on employee experience in talent, L&D, reward & recognition and DEI - learning content audits and strategy - modernising learning ecosystems, including business case, RFP, vendor relationships and workflow analysis - developing and designing a global skills framework and strategy - design, build and community management of skills focused capability academies, including impact assessment - developing a remote onboarding and pre-boarding program - end user change management for a major LMS upgrade - social, community learning and content curation - project management of a global on-boarding program - an organisation wide campaign-based programme on digital transformation & innovation. This project was shortlisted for a 2020 Learning Award for Digital Transformation, and won gold at the Brandon Hall Awards I approach my work through the lens of organisational development, systems thinking; evidence based practice, coaching, co-creation, experimentation and pragmatism. My key strengths are making connections, sense-making, and drilling down to the detail and actions. I often consult and advise learning vendors, particularly learn tech, whilst remaining vendor agnostic. I am also an executive and business coach. I'm a chartered member of the CIPD, a volunteer for the Association of Coaching, a founding member of Digital Women and a regular chair at Learning Technologies Conference. Prior to a career in L&D, I have worked in EdTech, FMCG, HR, Logistics, Not for Profit and retail management. Away from work, I'm a mum of 2; a dancer and fitness enthusiast.
