As a part of the CEO's Office at ReNew, one of India's largest renewable energy companies, I've been instrumental in shaping critical growth strategies and enhancing operational efficiencies across a vast portfolio. Working directly with CXOs. My work in the CEO's Office involved developing strategy and governance of the businesses, spearheading cross-functional strategic initiatives, and optimizing large-scale project development. With a sharp focus on improving operational timelines, optimizing resource utilization, and identifying new growth opportunities, I was also responsible for enhancing governance frameworks and improving reporting accuracy for our extensive project pipeline, ensuring robust decision-making at the highest levels. Earlier, as a Project Originator in the Carbon Credits Business, I led full-cycle global carbon project origination, initiating partnerships for significant investments across MNCs, development organizations, and NGOs. My efforts focused on establishing new revenue streams and strategically positioning ReNew for emerging carbon market opportunities, including projects under Article 6.2 investments.
