I started my journey as engineer L1 to resolve software issues like (OS failure/Boot issues/App issues) On call and create service for Hardware issues on behalf of customer. I progressed to become case mentor for individual team of 15-20 members to handle escalations and coach members for tech and softskills in daily huddle. I have prioritize of area of expertise in cybersecurity after working on Quick heal's enterprise products (seqrite) like Endpoint security/Cloud security/Premium/advanced/EDR and mobile device management. I worked on security incidents/Live forensics/Investigation of servers breached by ransomware/identifying and raising product issues/bugs/daily update life cycle issues and resolution/Spoc for beta releases and cx feedbacks for product team. Conducted product and process trainings for fellow colleagues and participated in various events. I have learned mostly from my peers and experience over time.
