Assistance with Cyber Attack Mitigation

An individual, my old neighbor, paid $5,000 to a Network Engineer who works for a large office in NYC as a Network Engineer from 9-5 and the network he set my personal devices on took a total of (9) Days to complete. I am looking to find someone who knows Network Engineer to connect to a terminal and access my Network Remotely. I am positive of the following hacks being done to my PCs and my Smartphones: We'll start with Automated DDOS Attacks, as many as 8 times per second, Fast Flux DNS Services, Static Silver C2 C3 Connections or Custom Command and Control Unauthorized Connections, DNS / IP Spoofing, DNS Tunneling, Nginx & Envoy Forward/Reverse Proxies, I have found proof of the existance of Pegasus Spyware by NSO Group on ALL my Devices including PCs. I found out a lot of info on how they are obtaining information from citizens devices, they are not hacking or implanting zero-click maleware on the devices directly. They are actually hacked the telecommunication companies and implanting the malware there. There are several different pieces that make up Pegasus. I foudn the self distruction apps and everything. The most technically advanced spyware, said to be undetectable except from the MVT Toolkit or Mobile Varification Toolkit. This didnt find the spyware on my devices. Honestly, I found the evidence with my naked eye. URLs the company uses which were attached to all my comprimised devices. The Spyware has also been made Blacklisted by President Biden in 2023 and it is outlawed anywhere in the US or our allies. I found exactly who and where is distributing the Spyware in NYC. Not only am i looking at Traceroutes, but half of the (2) Public IP addresses of the (2) companies are exactly the same. Last, apparently the Main Host My devices are connected to AttentiveMobile.com is a US Contractor so someone is in BIG SHIT. AttentiveMobile and NSOGroup BOTH share the 1st half of the SAME IP Address. Attentive Mobile : 99.83.190.102 and 75.2.70.75 and NSO Group is 99.83.219.180 and 75.2.111.154. So because Attentive Mobile was so nice in support a drug addict bum and invaded my privacy and the privacy of everyone in and around me, I am going to buring them. Net Worth is 2.4 Billion Today, keep eye on stock but DONT BUY!!!

They have stolen my old Laptop and filled it with Illegal Explicit Content and attempted to turn it in but because I reported it stolen, I am not responsible for anything dated after day of report. While Network Analysing I found (3) Months of data usage that exceded 86 Million Terabyte in those (3) Months. The ISP couldnt go back any further then the 3 months. They were running a profiling program on me buy espysys.com called IRBIS which ONLY profiles you based on your data and intetnet usage. I have the IP to connect IRBIS to my Computer via espysys.com. I scored perfect on the profile, they used 86 million terabyte? Dumb asses dont realize it would have been much more believable if they used 1 or even 100 photos, 86 million terabyte? Im not even going to have to argue that, especially with the laptop situation.

Now one last thing, the way the Network Engineer set this network up is that ALL usage between what they are doing, and whatever i'm doing on my PC or Smartphones, they are looping everything back through me to frame me for everything they are doing. Hacking my 464 contacts with Pegasus as well. I took a screen shot of everyones "About Phones" screens which has everything important and then labeled it as whos phone it belongs too. One thing that me and all my contacts share are our IP addresses are the same, no 2 devices can have the same IP, causes an IP conflictr. They are using almost every DNS CDN Server in the entire world, atleast the top 50-75. They are mostly using Cloudflare, AmazonAWS, They are viewing through Virtual Machines on Windows Azure.

I have used firewalls such as UFW and IPtables and they dont seem to be able to break and block the Static Silver C3 Connections or just do it temporaraly. A NGFW I found that works BEST is Portmaster by Safing.io which uses iptables.
