I have been serving as a Project Analyst for the National Logistics Ecosystem of the Ministry of Finance of the Government of Indonesia, since 4 May 2021. Prior to this position, I served as Head of General Affairs of Banda Aceh Customs and Excise Office at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise since 25 October 2018. I have over 20 years of experience in Customs, Excise and International Trade; and 8 years of experience in Analytics and Business Intelligence. I am also a Tableau trainer and Jakarta Tableau User Group co-leader who share my expertise and help others by creating fun and engaging events. I have a Diploma degree in Customs and Excise from State College of Accountancy (2003) and BS in Economics from the Islamic University of Jakarta, Indonesia (2010).
