Hiring (Y-Combinators)

I am a freelance recruiter, and I work with different of the Y-combinator startups. Most of the roles I am hiring for are Founding Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, or Software Engineer positions. Requirements:

Previous experience of working in Y-Combinator

You must a graduate of top 20 schools in US

You must possess experience either building games, or working on AI applications.

You much possess experience working on either of the tech stack

Elm, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and even SVG.

Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind

Backend: Python/Django

Infrastructure: AWS, Postgres, Terraform

AI: OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor

Dev Tools: Docker, GitHub Actions, Graphite

Product Tools: Linear, Figma, Notion
