The 12-Week Journey

PHASE 1: AI FOUNDATIONS (Weeks 1–3)

Week 1 — AI Fundamentals & Algorithms We start with the foundation. What makes a product "AI-powered" vs just data-driven. Supervised, unsupervised, generative, agentic AI. The AI Flywheel that powers Spotify, Netflix, Copilot. By the end of the week, you'll have your first AI Opportunity Canvas for your capstone idea.

Week 2 — Generative AI + MLOps & Production Systems We go deep on LLMs, prompting (CoT, ToT), the transformer architecture — and then into the full MLOps lifecycle. Production ML systems, feature stores, observability, monitoring. You'll understand exactly what you'd own as a PM, and what engineering owns.

Week 3 — The AI PM Role + RAG Deep Dive What does an AI PM actually do in 2026? How do top companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google structure their AI PM orgs? We unpack the role end-to-end. Then we go deep into RAG — architecture, vector DBs, chunking strategies — and you'll build your first RAG prototype.

PHASE 2: BUILDING AI PRODUCTS (Weeks 4–7)

Week 4 — AI Agents Deep Dive + Hands-on Build Autonomy levels, tool use, memory, multi-agent systems. This is the week you'll design and build a working AI agent prototype for your capstone — concept and execution in the same week.

Week 5 — Advanced Evals + Deployment & Release Management Master eval design — golden sets, RAGAS, LLM-as-judge. Then learn how to actually ship AI products: staged rollouts, canary releases, feature flags, rollback strategies, incident management. You'll write your eval framework, golden test set, and release readiness checklist for your capstone.

Week 6 — Spec-Driven Development & Claude Skills How AI products get built in 2026 — spec-first, AI-assisted execution. You'll write the full spec for your capstone, then build a working prototype live using Claude and modern AI tools.

Week 7 — AI Product Design & UX for AI Designing for non-determinism. Trust calibration. HITL patterns. Error states. Explainability. You'll audit and polish your capstone UX — write AI UX copy, redesign loading and error states, peer-review with the cohort.

PHASE 3: STRATEGY & DEPTH (Weeks 8–10)

Week 8 — AI Risks, Biases + AI Analytics & Product Metrics A bias audit on your capstone. Mapping to EU AI Act risk tiers. Responsible AI in practice. Then we move to AI analytics — real-time dashboards, funnel analytics, cohort segmentation, A/B testing for AI features, instrumentation specs. You'll build a 1-page analytics dashboard mockup for your product.

Week 9 — GTM & Market Entry + Model Selection Write a GTM one-pager for your capstone. Define your beachhead market and competitive moat. Build a full model comparison matrix — accuracy, latency, token cost — and write your model selection rationale. Mock Interview Round 1 happens this week with scored feedback.

Week 10 — Enterprise AI Case Studies + Mock Interview Round 2 B2C and B2B case studies — what worked, what failed, what patterns repeat. Then Mock Interview Round 2 with stricter scoring. By the end of the week, you'll have your 15-answer story bank finalised and ready.

PHASE 4: DEMO PREP & DEMO DAY (Weeks 11–12)

Week 11 — Capstone Refinement & Mock Demo Build your full capstone deck (10–12 slides). Record your demo video. Deliver a mock demo to the cohort. Get feedback. Polish until it's portfolio-grade.

Week 12 — 🎤 Demo Day 8-minute live presentation. 5-minute Q&A with a mentor + peer panel. Speed interview round. Best project awards. Certificate awarded. Portfolio published. You're job-ready.
