In my present role as a Project & Delivery Manager, I am accountable for supervising the delivery of multiple projects and accounts concurrently. This encompasses taking on comprehensive end-to-end management duties including planning, monitoring, tracking, and executing projects within predefined schedules and budgets. --SKILL SET— Managed multiple multi-million projects with 100+ professionals. Aligning with the organization’s strategic objectives Steering Delivery Life Cycle Management which involved monitoring to resolve all issues and projects efficiently and assisting to develop all organizational policies and procedures for all projects -MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS-- Overseen P&L tracking and management of $50M annually, handling escalations, managing operations, and responding to RFPs in Communication, banking and public sectors. Managed multiple concurrent projects in India with clients based in the UK, Canada, US, and Australia. Successfully implemented RPA and automation initiatives, resulting in the reduction of 6 FTEs in just 4 months. Oversaw a team of 20 FTEs. Spearheaded a development project for Western Power, collaborating with teams in Australia and India, and managing a P&M budget of $500K. The team consisted of 15 FTEs, established a pipeline for the next phase of the project, valued at $2 million.
