At 29 years old, I went through a health crisis in 2021. I was bed-ridden for 60 days, unable to walk or take care of myself. Eventually I was diagnosed with Graves disease (a hormonal auto-immune condition). After going to countless doctors and trying every treatment on the market, I ultimately was able to fully heal myself through implementing several different lifestyle changes.
