You already know you’re carrying suppressed emotions. You’ve faced them in every way you know how through journaling, mirror-work, the pillow-punching, the saved Instagram reels you swear you’ll revisit.
But these approaches work only with the conscious mind. And the conscious mind can be beautifully deceptive.
The real leverage (the kind that creates lasting internal shifts) comes from working directly with the subconscious. That’s the space I specialize in.
My own turning point happened during a Yoga Nidra session with my teacher.
The first time, I simply relaxed. By the next few sessions, I began sinking into deeply restorative theta states. And that’s where everything changed.
With my conscious mind finally (FINALLY) out of the way, the deeper layers began to reveal themselves: the hidden patterns, the old stories, the half-formed beliefs quietly shaping my reality.
They had been running my life (read: creating conflict, drama, stagnation) while I kept trying to fix the surface.
This is why affirmations, visualizations, and “showing up as your highest self” often fall flat.
You cannot create aligned change while your subconscious is still holding onto what no longer serves you.
You don’t just clean the mind, you clear out what’s been contaminating it.
Subconscious programming work takes you to the source.
It shows you exactly what’s been directing your choices, your emotions, your relationships, your limits, often without your awareness.
I’ve developed a hypnotherapy framework that guides you into those deeply restorative theta/delta states.
In that space, the Shadow opens and the unconscious scripts reveal themselves.
And transformation becomes not only accessible, but inevitable.
This is the work beneath the work.
Precise.
Potent.
And profoundly clarifying.
"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate." - Carl Jung.
