A bit about me: 15 years in FinTech and banking (Sberbank, UniCredit, Commercial Bank of Qatar, Fingular), leading delivery of payments, cards and lending products. I'm also actively in the market myself right now — so my sense of what recruiters respond to is current, not five years old.
