Hi, I am Tathagat Sankritayan. I am a Lawyer by profession, perseverance and everything else by passion and sheer audacity. Early Years 2012- 2017 Legal I dropped out of a National Law School to study law in my home city of Lucknow so that I could get hands on experience of the court proceedings. Over my 5 year Law Course. I started attending District Court, Consumer Courts, Labour Courts, DRT, Tehsils etc. Sometimes I was lucky enough to get to say a word or two mostly that "Senior is not available, can I a date" but the experience was extremely valuable for the future practice that I built. Having had the fortune of attending so many courts and proceedings at the time of being Law Student, I developed a rare & broader view of the field, to seek out alternative remedies, often not available to most advocates due their only focus on one field & court. So my early footsteps as an intern/paralegal in the field were awesome but there was one problem. Nobody Pays a Junior in Lower Courts and that too one who's a Law student and can only work part time. So I took matters into my own hand. 2014-2017 The Teacher So while in 2nd year of Law School I started Teaching. Coaching, Home Tuitions anything you name it. I was teaching everyone from Nursery kids to BA & BCOM students. This stint of mine gave me knowledge & some money. 2016- July 2018 The Business Man Cloud Kitchen: Background: Having been a kid with working parents ment I was left to my account mostly. That for me meant experimenting with food & kitchen since the age 8. BUSINESS:I with my cousin started our first food venture in 2016 known as DarkNight Delivery. We delivered Food throughout Lucknow between 12 pm to 4 am. 2017 2nd Venture. FlashMeals was born, a day time food delivery service. From 6 am to 12 pm. 2018 Writer's Inc was born when started working as a freelancer where I wrote content for clients. 2018 I founded Startup Story an Umbrella organization for all my businesses and stepped down eventually to practice Law. 2018 I founded RaiBhiLo, a media house now owned by STARTUP STORY. Learnt Editing, Coding & Marketing. September 2018 Registered as an Advocate in UP BAR 2019 Passed AIBE Present I still host the Podcast for RaiBhiLo as Vakeel Sahab. After spending 3+ years as Junior under Advocates in High Court & District. I have a flourishing Private Practice in Civil, Criminal & Family matters thanks to my early years in the field (5 years as Paralegal + 3 years as an Advocate) I am pursuing my LLM & am a Partner in Lexmates. Also the General Council for Startup Story.
