My career has been a colorful one. Looking back, it would seem I chose to be either foolish or brave, however, I have taken a leap of faith, which has got me to where I am today. Am I grateful for how it has shaped my life? ABSOLUTELY! I spent the last 20 years donning multiple hats, honing my skills across the sales and marketing domain, working with the best of the brands in the business. Eventually marketing stole my heart and I spent 70% of my career brainstorming with creative, insightful and driven minds in the domain, building communication strategies and executing marketing plans – from traditional to the glocal hyperactive performance driven marketing that we know off today. From a very early age, I planned to set up an enterprise. Over 2 decades ago, I started a tiny ‘cloud kitchen’ of my own, delivering today’s ‘healthy home-cooked meals’ within my family, friends and beyond. I’d work out of my ‘home office’ aka ‘kitchen’ and me and my brother would set out to deliver our product to our customers. We did that for about a year, barely broke even, but the feeling of ownership, responsibility and possible growth would stay with me, like forever. I finally decided to take the plunge and re-started my entrepreneurial journey with Anomaly Business Consult. We are recruitment specialists, doing what it takes to hire talent for organizations across IT/ITES, Banking & Finance, Energy, Wastewater Management, Healthcare, Ecommerce and more.
