About me
Tashi has experience in public policy and economic development as an Assistant Manager at Invest India, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. He worked on the One District One Product (ODOP) initiative, which targets balanced regional development and holistic socio-economic growth across districts. His work focused on driving economic growth, developing industrial policy, building partnerships, enhancing market access, and branding for entrepreneurs, producers and artisans.
Before this, he graduated from the Hindu College, University of Delhi, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English. Here he was President of Vivre - The Film and Photography Society, Member of The English Debating Society, Caucus - The Discussion Forum, Masque - The Theatre Society and on the Student Council for The North East Students Cell. Established in 1899, Hindu College is a constituent college of the University of Delhi. It is ranked 1st nationally by the National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF) of the Government of India.
