I'm Tarusha Mittal, a passionate entrepreneur and tech enthusiast who's been deeply immersed in the blockchain and crypto space since 2012. My journey began with setting up a data centre, an experience that instilled in me the intricacies of digital infrastructure. As the COO and Co-Founder of Dapps and UniFarm, I've been fortunate enough to lead the creation of platforms that are at the forefront of revolutionizing the way we view decentralized applications and farming. My journey has not only been about building businesses but also about embracing innovation and pushing boundaries. My foray into fintech saw the birth of Oropocket, further diversifying my expertise in the digital financial realm. Over the years, my experiences have taken me through multiple ventures, allowing me to wear various hats — from strategic operations to design thinking. The joy of witnessing an idea evolve into a full-fledged product and then seeing it make a real-world impact is unparalleled. This journey has also seen me be a part of several global accelerator programs, earning awards, and acknowledgments along the way. I take pride in having received the STEP 360 award for Technology and the DST grant award from the Government of India and IIT-Delhi. Outside of the tech realm, I'm a staunch advocate for women's empowerment in entrepreneurship, a passion that gave birth to my project, DeaDAO. My podcast, "Living on Blockchain," is another avenue through which I share insights, interview industry stalwarts, and bring clarity to the often complex world of blockchain. When I'm not spearheading projects or deep-diving into the crypto universe, you'll find me engrossed in literature, as I'm an ardent reader and have even penned down two anthologies.
